What ages do you serve? Paradigm serves students ages 5–18 through both full-time and homeschool support programs.

Do you accept ESA funding? Yes. Paradigm Learning Microschools proudly accepts Arizona ESA funding. Many families use ESA funds to cover tuition and educational expenses.

Do you accept ESA funding?​ Yes. Paradigm Learning Microschools accepts Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funds for eligible students. Our team is happy to help answer questions about using ESA funds for tuition and guide families through the enrollment process.

What is a microschool? A microschool combines the personalization and flexibility of homeschooling with the support, structure, and community of a learning environment. Students learn in small groups while following an individualized path.

How does competency-based learning work? Students progress by demonstrating mastery of skills and concepts rather than simply moving forward based on age, grade level, or time spent in a classroom.

Is Paradigm a special education school? No. Paradigm is not a special education school. However, our personalized approach allows us to support students with a wide range of strengths, interests, and learning needs.

Can homeschool students participate? Yes. Our Homeschool Support program allows families to choose 1–4 days per week of on-campus learning while maintaining the flexibility of homeschooling.

What does a typical day look like? Students participate in personalized academics, community activities, passion projects, and opportunities to collaborate with peers throughout the day.

How do I get started? The first step is scheduling a tour. We'll answer your questions, learn more about your child, and help determine whether Paradigm is the right fit for your family.
