Jody has been a certified educator for 16 years and was a 6th grade teacher for 10 years in the public school system. She resigned her position to spend a few years at home with her two children. As a teacher, she served on the management team, was recipient of the "Teacher of the Year" award, and always sought opportunities to bring innovation and personalization into students' educational experiences. She has a Bachelor in Business Management and Master in Elementary Education. Currently, she is working towards the completion of a Doctor of Education with a specialization in Personalized and Competency-Based Instruction.
